I support staying in the RGGI.  This has been a very successful program providing money for  energy efficiency in housing and flood control.  Our state has also pledged to reduce emissions 30% by 2030, which is so important in our fight against climate change.  Less air pollution benefits the health of all our citizens.  RGGI is currently the law in Virginia voted on by our elected representatives.  Let’s keep it that way.  It’s a win win for the citizens of our state.
