I am a new resident to Virginia and have benefitted greatly from it’s beautiful parks and accessible recreation activities. I strongly oppose pulling out of RGGI without a plan to continue funding efforts to combat flooding and air pollution. I want to continue enjoying the great outdoors of Virginia, which will require continued efforts to reduce carbon emissions and air pollution. The future can be bright and green in Virginia, please stay in RGGI.
