The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is good for Virginians! RGGI benefits frontline communities that bear the brunt of the effects of climate change like flooding, sea level rise, and drastic seasonal temperatures. Removing RGGI will be a disaster for communities like mine, please keep us in RGGI.
