Virginia’s participation in RGGI provides the state with funds for flood mitigation and helps Virginians increase the energy efficiency of their homes.  It makes no sense to give up these funds that provide such vital benefits to Virginians.  Air quality is a health issue which affects my friends and family members.  My friends at church that suffer from COPD and asthma are impacted in their daily lives by poor air quality.  Virginia needs to stay in RGGI.
