Dear Governor,

Please reconsider your plan to remove Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. The time to address climate changes is passing us by. Keep VA in this  bi-partisan multi-state effort to reduce carbon emissions, provide energy efficiency upgrades for homes in lower-wealth neighborhoods, and protect communities against flooding.
