To the Youngkin administration:

Please protect our participation in RGGI. Our state's participation reduces pollution and helps the residents of communities on the front lines. 

We need to participate in this effort with ten other mid-Atlantic and New England states and cap carbon emissions. In 2022, Virginians cannot - and will not - be an outlier in an age of dramatic climate change. 

Keep Virginia in!
