As a student in Virginia, I am part of the generation that will have to experience the worst parts of climate change. Please take a moment to consider your children and the generations to come who will have to live with rising seas, saltwater intrusion, and increased intensity of hurricanes. Please trust the science. Don’t prioritize corporations over people. There are ways to both protect peoples jobs and to promote climate action.
