I write to record my opposition to Governor Youngkin's attempt to withdraw Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. What does the Governor propose instead to help Virginia's climate-impacted communities and particularly low-income citizens? If he sees a better way, I urge him to make this part of his effort to withdraw Virginia from what has been a successful program to date. Thank you.
