I am proud to live in a state that participates in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. I believe it has made tangible positive effects on the resident of Virginia and elsewhere. I disapprove of Gov. Youngkin and others' efforts to have Virginia removed from the RGGI. I consider the goals of the RGGI of high important and want to see Virginia continuing its involvement in the initiative.
