Please keep Virginia in the RGGI.  Gov. Younkin is seeking to remove Virginia from the RGGI. He does not give a damn about the environment. RGGI provides funds that support our efforts to address climate change, but Gov. Younkin does not care. Please, keep Virginia in the RGGI. We face a catastrosphic future. Now is the time to do all that we can to mitigate climate change.
