I strongly urge for Virginia’s continued participation in the RGGI organization. The state needs to be taking the necessary steps for pollution control. We also need strong support of  supporting communities and individuals who are trying to manage the costs of energy in ways that continue to move us away from dependence on polluting forms of energy.
