Anything individuals, cities, large and small companies and state legislatures can do for the preservation of our planet is no longer just a wish.  It is  an imperative action for all of us!  RLGGA was a positive initiative for all of us living in coastal areas rich and poor!   It is positive.  It is essential.   Do not let this law be removed, please!
