Virginia's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) has been a win-win-win situation: a win for residents of low-income Virginian's to save on energy costs, an economic win for the Commonwealth, and a win for the planet by reducing CO2 emissions.

Please don't let misguided political goals get in the way of good common sense.  RGGI works and is good for all.  Keep VA in RGGI.
