I strongly recommend that Virginia stay in the Regional Greenhouse Gas program (RGGI). The dangers of climate change become more apparent every day. The RGGI helps decrease the greenhouse gas emissions, supports individuals in economizing in their own energy usage, and builds resilience in communities to protect them against the increased dangers of flooding and other effects of climate change.

Please keep Virginia in this program!
