I cannot believe we are even having to discuss this!  Of course VA needs to be in RGGI.  I remember my grandmother being afraid to go outside because our air.  Weather reporters told us daily if it was safe to be outside.  We have been cleaning up the air, not enough, and need to keep doing all we can to protect ourselves and our planet, for me, my kids, grandkids, and great-grandchild.  Make this happen!
