I strongly oppose Gov. Youngkin's effort to withdraw Virginia from the RGGI.  This program helps combat climate change and enables the state to receive much needed revenue for low-income energy efficiency programs and community flood preparedness.  It would be extremely short-sighted on both environmental and fiscal grounds to withdraw VA from RGGI.  Thank you.
