I understand Governor Youngkin’s administration intends to stop participating in RGGI.  I wish you all would reconsider .  We all need to be working to cut greenhouse gases. Partipating with RGGI let’s Virginia to access funding to assist with building housing that meets stricter guidelines for green buildings. This is important as builders don’t automatically want to do the right thing for air quality without financial  incentives or more regulation. I am sure your administration does not want to impose regulations with sanctions when they could use incentives to encourage instead.
