Please Governor Youngkin, do not pull Virginia out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). This is one of the most commonsense and economically efficient means for the State to protect current and future generations from the devastating effects of climate change, using a market-based approach to ease the necessary transition away from fossil fuels and providing funding for energy efficiency and flood mitigation projects, particularly for our most vulnerable citizens.  It is well-conceived, efficient and one of the best approaches I have seen to mitigating fossil fuel damage.
