The Youngkin Administration does not have the right repeal RGGI.  The Virginia Clean Act passed by the VA legislature in 2020 mandates that VA participate in RGGI.  RGGI is working!  The program is driving down emissions, improving public health and bringing critical funding to Virginians.  In just 10 years, the states participating in RGGI have seen improved public health valued at almost $6billion.  It doesn't make sense to walk away from this financially or from a health perspective.  Stand by the Virginia citizens and stay in RGGI.
