Withdrawing the Commonwealth of Virginia from the RGGI so that Glenn Youngkin can raise his presidential candidate profile nationally is despicable and, well, lowlife.

As always, our poorest and people of color are the most vulnerable to these antics. The Commonwealth will never normalize his level of cynicism and cruelty toward those who don't have the funds or clout to protect themselves.

The Commonwealth's citizens want this progress.
