I support Virginia staying with RGGI

I Support Virginia remaining in RGGI! It is an important climate program!
RGGI works to reduce emissions.
Virginia needs RGGI, without it Virginia will not be able to achieve carbon free power by 2050 as a goal set in the Clean Economy Act.
