I am opposed to repealing RGGI for multiple reasons. One of which is that it is financially beneficial for Virginia. VA has received $452 million from RGGI, which has helped with flood resilience. Whether it is climate-related or not, I think we can all agree that being more resilient to floods would help Virginian residents and businesses.
