There are some issues that we should all be able to agree upon, no matter our political orientation. Reducing the emission of greenhouse gases, which are proven to endanger the stability of our climate, is such a goal. The RGGI is one of the tools we have towards that goal, and on top of it, it helps localities to deal with the consequences of climate change, in particular increased flooding. Please don't take away that tool!
