Glen Younkin---Virginia cannot afford to be removed from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative as you propose to do.  We need this Initiative now more than ever to help with climate change.  Open your eyes to see what is happening to the weather, loss of habitat for our native wildlife and plants and you would understand.  And hopefully care as many of us in Virginia do.
