When I was a child, I spent a lot of time vacationing in Fort Myers Beach.  I was saddened to see Hurricane Ian destroy it last month.  But that kind of destruction will come to Virginia if climate change is not addressed.  Whatever extra costs RGGI imposes on Virginia consumers cannot compare to the costs that Virginia will bear if climate change continues unabated.  I strongly urge that this proposed regulation be rejected and that Virginia's participation in RGGI continue.
