The RGGI is a regional effort to reduce carbon emissions. Virginia should remain in the initiative as a leader and team player.  Virginia is on the precipice of being a state which could be a role model for other purple states.  Please don’t take us backwards for political reasons.  Do what is right for our environmental future.
