As a sustainability practitioner, I am intimately aware of the importance of COOPERATION in climate agreements. Virginia’s voluntary cooperation in greenhouse gas limitations strengthens the entire movement, puts us on the right path for the future, makes Virginia look like the altruistic member of the Union that we are, and helps secure opportunities for future generations.
