As a registered voter in Chesterfield County, I urge the DEQ to NOT pull our state out of the RGGI. The Governor's aim is to support corporations and businesses rather than his individual constituents!

It will be our shame when future generations of Americans live in a vastly diminished world in part because we failed to act now to reduce global climate change.
