I'd rather not breath dirty air, nor do I want my children to do so.  I'd like to see something meaningful actually done about climate change, rather than pretending it's not an actual problem and hiding behind imagined economic impacts that don't stand up to basic economic analysis.  Repealing RGGI is clearly out of step with science, out of step with Viriginia public opinion, and out of step with common sense.  THIS policy will be judged by our children long after Youngkin is out of office indefensible and clearly on the WRONG side of history.
