I believe that Virginia should stay in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. If nothing else, it is good for the quality of the air we breathe. It is not harming the people of Virginia at all, if anything it is helping us by helping improve the air quality. I urge decision-makers to keep Virginia in the RGGI agreement.
