I strongly support VA remaining in RGGI.  The funds that have been raised are supporting coastal resilience and flood resilience and it is important that we take action now related to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and implementing strategies to build resilience to climate impacts, specifically flooding as it related to coastal Virginia.
