Having power companies buy credits to meet greenhouse initiatives misses the point of reducing emissions.  It's a work-around that does nothing but increase prices for consumers without reducing emissions. I'd love to see the number of KW used each month by all these people who support keeping this initiative.  These are probably the same people driving big SUV while protesting for clean air.
