Emissions from burning fossil fuels is the primary cause of the current unnaturally rapid climate change.  Anthropogenic climate change threatens Virginia's future and our global future, and must be mitigated by reducing and eliminating greenhouse gas emissions.  We muat work in concert with our neighboring states to reduce and eliminate our contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.
