The proposed change in social services regulations will require faith based adoption agencies to process applications of people who are openly defying the religious beliefs of the the organization and its sponsoring church (same sex couples).  The government needs to respect this religious freedom.

Please vote no on proposed regulation 22 VAC 40-131-170(B).
