I am writing to say that I oppose the regulation that is set before our representatives.

 there are so many people who would love to care for the "lost" children of this state, but will never get a chance, because of the hurdles that are already before them...it is a horrific thought that another burden will be set before them because certain agencies will have to close down due to the new regulations.  why must we make it harder for a loving family to grow and share life with these children.  they are not unwanted and there is a life for them, if only we can make it an easy task for the loving parents who would like to help.  The children of this state are ready...the adoptive parents are willing...why can't the legislature see that with these proposals we will just add extra burdens on our state and the families who don't know where to turn. why close down agencies that are productive and able
