I oppose this new standard, 22VAC40-131-170 Part B, because I believe a parent or an agency should be able to act according to their own beliefs and values to insure their child or a child placed in their care is placed in a family enviroment that is in accordence with their moral values. They should not be forced to give their child to "just anyone". They should have a choice in the matter.
