Yes, for all persons concerned about costs, we must invest in opportunities that control carbon dioxide and methane emissions.  We all must appreciate that a collective effort within the commonwealth and surrounding states is required to address our contributions to climate change.  Withdrawing from the existing agreement will not make Virginia a better place to reside or do business.  Withdrawing is another example of ignoring facts and not recognizing what is happening to opportunities for safe living.
