The RGGI is essential to keeping Virginians and the environment healthy. It incentivizes power plants to reduce their carbon emissions. Even if you're still in denial of the climate emergency being caused by these kinds of emissions, the program helps reduce pollution and makes the air healthier to breath. It makes no sense to leave it.
