I am writing to oppose the Governor's plan to leave the RGGI. This program has proven essential to helping Virginia fight against global warming, which is one of the greatest threats to human life. It is increasing clean, renewable energy for the community. The Governor's move is only being done to help industry, not the environment or humanity as a whole. For the good of our society, keep Virginia in RGGI.
