Please keep us in RGGI for now. We haven't been in it long enough to say whether it's good or bad. Governor Youngkin's Reassessment Report on RGGI is based on only 1 year of data. Please allow more time (ideally 1 more year to give 3 years of data) so we can get a more accurate picture of this program before scrapping it prematurely. Thanks.
