Virginia DEQ, do not go forward with the Governor’s illegal/shortsighted plan to remove Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). I live in Virginia, and I support RGGI and the hundreds of millions in flood resilience/energy efficiency funding it provides.
