You're making a mistake. We need to enforce the regulations on these companies to combat climate change. If you're concerned about the companies passing those costs onto consumers then handle that problem legislatively. Stop allowing power companies to price gouge and ruin our environment without putting up any sort of resistance and instead actually encouraging it.
