As a parent of two young children who is very concerned about climate change, I oppose Governor Youngkin's efforts to remove Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. RGGI is law, it is beneficial to Virginians both financially and from a public health perspective, and it is essential for protecting us against the effects of extreme weather events made worse by climate change.
