It is beyond belief that the governor is seriously proposing to withdraw Virginia from RGGI.  We are daily seeing the consequences of dramatic climate change and we need to do everything possible to curb emissions. The monies flowing into the state from this allow us to help underfunded communities weatherize and prepare for further climate change effects.  Gov. Youngkin and members of the air board should fully support, rather than try to eliminate, the commonwealth’s participation in RGGI.
