I was proud when Virgina joined in with other states to reduce green house gasses.  The world needs this climate work and states in the U.S. participating together makes sense.  We have to contine to coordinate on this with others. We can't go backward.  The work done to date has helped low income people save on their energy use and thus their energy costs.

We need to try to halt climate changes that will impact Virginia's long coast line and help stop extreme weather from dominating our state climate.  Please leave the program as is.  Don't overlook the harm that leaving the group could bring to Virginia.  Thank you.
