The Energy Plan needs to keep Virginia on the path to a clean energy future, and not take us back to the times of dirty, polluting energy that damaged our communities and our health. We need to stay in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and Governor Youngkin needs to defend the Virginia Clean Economy Act and Advanced Clean Car Standards. The time to act is now and the Energy Plan should reflect that.

RGGI is bringing hundreds of millions of dollars of investment to Virginia and benefiting our communities right now. We don't need to make drastic maneuvers to end Virginia's participation in RGGI. The Virginia Energy Plan should focus on how we maintain Virginia's place in RGGI
