Strongly support SB656

I strongly support parental rights. Leave sexual discussions and instructions to the parents where it belongs. The Board  of Education , school administrators and teachers should not overstep their authority.  No sexually explicit materials should be taught without all parents having  knowledge of its contents and approval and it must be made readily available to them.
