There was a time when the mask regulations on employees served a great purpose to help reduce the spread of COVID thus reducing the strain on the various public and private systems.  As the CDC has adjusted their guidance, it seems fitting that the VA DOLI should also adjust the meatrics and measures used to determine risk.  We are in a different situation from when the regulations were first written.  It's time to relax the rules and give more freedom and choice to employers and employees.
