| Description | This regulation is necessary for individuals to be designated as “peer recovery specialists” to have a pathway for the workforce to provide peer services through the Virginia ARTS benefit, which became available to Medicaid members receiving addiction treatment services at all levels of care effective on July 1, 2017. |
