On May 14, 2010, an opportunity to comment on amendment of the Solid Waste Management Permit Action Fees and Annual Fees (9VAC20-90) was announced.  The commend period has closed and the Department has reviewed the comments and finalized a summary of comments and response document and revisions to the proposed amendments to the regulation.  These documents will be presented to the Virginia Waste Management Board for their consideration on June 14, 2010.
